Bulgarian Folklore is distributed to universities, academic centres and cultural institutions in Bulgaria, Europe (Austria, Great Britain, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Croatia, etc.) and outside Europe (Australia, USA, Japan, China) through the international system for exchange of publications at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciencеs and through distribution agencies' subscriptions.

Bulgarian Folklore is also available via CEEOL and EBSCO online libraries.

Copies of Bulgarian Folklore can be also bought at the National Ethnographic Museum, in the bookstore of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and in the editorial office of the journal.
